I am in awe at the depth of these thoughts that spoke to  my heart at age eleven.

No wonder,

I wandered for so long .

There is positively nothing in the world that can replace  this inclusivity of God.

Returning to this

path of life

{GRACE}

where the Presence of the Lord is known,

has brought me fulness of joy

&

pleasures

{infinitely}

forevermore

!

Finding this home in grace came as I began  experiencing God personally,

as I did as a child,

again.

I could not find solace in judgement.

I could not find solace in duality.

In my heart,

the  heart likened to that of a child,

I

knew

my

home

could

only

be

found

in

ONENESS

with

God

.

The relationship with God described in Psalm 16

I came home to this relationship when I came home to the God who abides within me.

I came full circle,

soared

victoriously out of the tail spin

when I realized  all sufficiency was right where I am.

Grace

was

found

once

I

“had absolute confidence in the Divine guiding me,

but not through the channel of some one else.”

Grace

was

found

once

I

made the choice

“not to go to another for knowledge and wisdom.”

“Not to seek things second hand.”

Grace

was

found

when

I

made the choice

“to rely upon my own innate powers. “

When

I

chose

to

“go directly to the Infinite Source itself.”

“If any man lack wisdom let him ask of God.”

As Browning  says:

“Truth is within ourselves; it takes no rise

From outward things, whate’er you may believe.

There is an inmost center in us all,

Where truth abides in fullness.”

This is Grace.

This is my story.

This is  “answering the call of being true to thine own self.

Thine own soul.

For it is through your own soul that the voice of God speaks to you.

This is the interior guide.

This is the light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

This is conscience.

This is intuition.

This is the voice of the higher self, the voice of the soul, the voice of God.”

“Thou shalt hear a voice behind thee, saying: This is the way, walk ye in it.”

This is the voice that brought me home.

Are you recognizing the impact that your choice to live in Grace is making upon the world?

These qualities come forth through you  as radiantly as morning sunbeams.

The young mother in Syria crying out to God, feels this recognition that it is your Soul.

She is comforted by this pure awareness.

This conscious Oneness that you have sanctified with God.

You are healing the world,  Souljourner,

as you make this choice to live in  Grace.

You are that instrument of peace.

You offer music to the souls of others by allowing God’s melody to be played through you.

Consider this Truth.

My Story

Oneness with God was a Truth that I was able to embody without a lot of thought.

Oneness with my fellow man did not resonate as deeply.

Yes, I could see the God in each one but there was still a separation between us.

An example:

Last year a dear teacher of mine was making her transition into the next glorious state.

One of my dearest friends, who grew up Hindu, said,

“think of all the people in the hospital that are being touched by our prayers for Rev. Cay”

{ think  I  did }

because  I truly had not thought of that before.

Penny sees Oneness like no one else I know.

We have talked about it  often and  have wondered if it is  because she did not grow up with thoughts of duality that are found within  our religious culture.

I love that Penny  sees  what God desires us to see without effort.

I love that Penny KNOWS that we truly are all One with the One

and

as

we

pray

for

one

we

pray

for

all.

THERE IS NO SEPARATION

!

In the kingdom.

Where God invites us to live

NO-THING!

 {who was doing the best they could but just couldn’t do it in a manner that would nurture you}

My Story

Looking into the mirror was not always a pleasant experience for me.

I recall looking into the mirror and saying very harsh words to myself.

I recall looking into the mirror with a loathing in my eyes

toward that beautiful face of God that was looking back at me.

A face that I did not. Could not see.

As I said yesterday, I am realizing the mirror for the fractal that it is in my life;

honoring the immersion of the True Self

&

the journey.

It would be easy for me to skip over this part of my story but then how authentic would my story be?

I know it is not my Truth.

I know that I was doing the very best I could with where I was on my path to God,

my path to Grace,

and all I can do is honor that.

I feel empathy for anyone still experiencing this separation from God

and hope that by bearing my soul,

theirs may be encouraged upon the journey.

Godspeed

I am so thankful for these realizations of Truth that are mine.

I know who I Am.

I know there is no-thing that can separate me from this Truth accept for my limited vision.

My Story

Have you noticed the fractals of your life?

Those naturally embedded patterns: original divine impressions,  that repeat over & again?

Since we have begun this souljourning together,

more and more fractals are becoming apparent to me.

Today’s insight came when I typed,

“Mirror to the Soul”

Back in the late 90’s I designed and created mirrors with affirmations written upon them;

they were called,

Mirrors to the Soul

{I will try to dig one up today & post the picture tomorrow}

That is the point in my life where I began to see the importance of mirror work,

of looking into the eyes of the Beloved

It was only when I recognized my Oneness with God

that my life began to be free from 

feelings of limitation. Feelings of inadequacy. 

This pathway to Oneness did begin with pouring love into those eyes as I looked into the mirror.

You may call this silly.

You may call this by any name you so desire.

This, though, is my story.

And

my

Souls

Journey

to

Grace

included

mirror work

Try it.

You will find yourself talking to your self with the kindest of words.

You will hear yourself saying things like,

“It’s okay, honey, you did the best you could”

or

“Don’t be so hard on yourself.  You are God in expression”

In addition,

You will find yourself letting go of the “things” you did wrong.

{Wrong in your mind anyway}

You will find yourself loving yourself as never before

because you are finally embracing your Truth of Being.

You ARE an expression of the Infinite.

You ARE NO-thing other than this

this is everyone else’s Truth, too.

We are ALL exactly the same.

We are ALL {as my beloved Dr. Flo said, “Godlings”}

No one is better than me.

No one is lesser than me.

Everyone IS the same

in this Oneness with All

Realizing we are but a microcosm

of the macrocosm.

What separates ourselves from ourselves, our fellow man,

separates ourselves from God.

It is my hope that you have tasted the beauty of this Oneness

that your hearts desire

Do you feel this Godness: this Goodness here? Now?

Is there Heaven on Earth?

How does this change your view of daily living?

How does this change your view of appearances other than those originally created?

Are they mesmeric?

If there is a world behind this world, is there a Paula behind this Paula and is this my original divine nature?

Is this God expressing as Paula?

My Story

Mirror work was essential to healing my separation from God.

I looked into my eyes.

Intently.

Purposely.

Seeking the Truth

of

who

I

Am.

The more I looked into my eyes,

the more I saw my soul.

The more I saw my goodness.

The more I saw God.

Until one day,

when I looked into my eyes,

all that I saw

was

God

reflected

as

me.

This Oneness is glory known.

Your holy dominion.

The I Am that You Are!

There is NO-thing unsacred about this.

I will preface my story by saying that I know I have invited you to

explore  places in meditation that you may have never been before.

Let’s call these places – higher places.

Places that lead to a heightened awareness of God.

Narrow

not because of God:

the Unlimited One,

the Universal One,

the Boundless One,

but

Narrow

when  I make a choice

to walk this path

without

connecting to the

One Power

One Presence

One Intelligence

that is

all-ways

within

me.

Narrow

because

my

vision

must

be

focused

upon

God

alone

to

reach

the

higher ground

consciousness

let me remind you that

dependence

Your Oneness With

Omnipresence.

I love God with all my heart and all my soul.

As a child of eleven,

these were my same sentiments.

 I saw God

as

my

sufficiency

My

vision

was

upon

God

alone

I

trusted

God

completely

My world was found. Formed.  In this higher place!

{ As indicated in the photo, in the Psalms, I chose for my testimony}

Interestingly,

that was the last testimony in my Bible.

At eleven my view of God changed.

Dramatically

Drastically

Why

?

Life

&

Loss

*

No longer did I feel Oneness with God.

No longer did I feel complete Trust.

A cloud of judgement was the raiment I wore.

I was but a child

but I knew what I was experiencing was not of God.

I was lost in these heretofore known feelings of separation.

Of duality.

My path was not known.

I was no longer exalted in height

I truly did not know how to live in a world without Faith.

Without Trust.

Without God.

My heart yearned for at-One-ment

&

this yearning led me upon many paths.

None of which fulfilled my divine nature.

None of which led upward.

All of which fed my separation.

My loneliness

My angst

Beneath the desperation.

 The Depression.

there was always the still, calm, voice calling me home.

I heard it,

but I didn’t trust it.

I desired it,

but I didn’t deserve it.

The Prodigal Child’s

heartfelt

desire

was

ALL-WAYS

to

come

home

*

But how

?

What I saw in the world that represented God was what separated me from God years ago.

These were not my beliefs.

This was not my path.

My world

grew

narrower

narrower

not

leading

me

upward

but

spiraling

me

downward

into

tail

spin

journey

beliefs that were yours in the beginning

for this time I can reflect upon Grace.

I

welcome

your 

loving  Spirit

that 

holds me so gently moment by moment through the day.

your 

guiding Wisdom

that

surpasses that which this limited mind thinks.

I 

welcome 

your

infinite

power

the power that leaves me without doubt

with 

knowingness

I 

welcome

this

freedom 

I have found

within

your 

welcoming

embrace.

Moreover.

welcome this opportunity

to share this 

love.

Look what this practice is doing for you!

I believe:

you look forward to it!

I believe:

you are feeling God’s Presence & Power as never before.

I believe:

that each day you are noticing a calm heretofore unknown.

I believe:

in

Grace.

in

You

Spiritual Practice

As I rest in this sacred space.

This sacred moment called now

God is so easily recognized. I feel this God-ness. This Good-ness

in, around and through me.

There is not a spot where God is not

I am grateful to be resting here.

I am not separated from God.

I am  not separated from Grace.

No, I am One with the One

Omnipotent One.

&

I love the strength I find in this One & Only Power there is!

I am One with the One

Omnipresent One

&

I love the peace I find in this One Presence that Is!

I am One with the One

Omniscient One.

& I love the wisdom I find in this One Intelligence that Is

mine

eternally

in

the

here

now

{Think about it, Souljourner. Right where you are, ALL that God Is; IS!}

{Relax in this Truth. Now & Forevermore}

I give thanks for the All-ness that God Is.

I rejoice knowing that in this day

the

One

Power

the

One

Presence

the

One

Divine

Intelligence

guides

governs

guards

me.

Of course, I have a choice to rest in this All-ness that God Is,

to rest in

Grace

or

to

wrestle with the limited thoughts of my mind.

I choose whom I serve now.

Without obligation.

With

pure

desire

pure

intention

I

choose

to

live

this

day

in

God

in

Grace

&

so it is

!

Spiritual Truth

“Ye cannot serve God & mammon {the world}”

Luke 16:13

Before taking these thoughts into meditation,

clear your mind of pre-conceived beliefs regarding “serving God”

God is not the master and you the slave.

God is not an obligation.

God is the Divine Essence desiring to be expressed through you.

God is Love.

“The world”

is not something evil.

“The world”

is.

“The world” is race consciousness that has not realized there is but One Power.

In thought, exchange the work “serving” and see yourself “allowing”  this pure essence of God

to come forth through you each moment of this day.

In Practice

I know that you have been given some amazing insights into your choice for this day.

Journal about  the beauty that you have discovered.

Express the joy that you now see in serving God.

Digging Deeper

Remember yesterday’s discussion of how judgement & unforgiveness separates you from the gifts of Grace?

Can you see what other beliefs cause this separation?

It is the belief in duality.

The belief that there is a power other than God.

There is not.

God

IS

Omnipotent.

It is in this Oneness that Grace is found.

Journal about this.

My Story

 Practicing the Presence over an extended amount of time has made me more aware

{conscious}

of

the

One & Only Power That Is.

There is no Power in the World

{unless I choose to give it Power & choose to serve the world}

The World cannot do anything to me

{unless I choose to believe that it has Power over me}

As Jesus said to Pilate,

“Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above”

No matter where I am

No matter what circumstance confronts me

God is right there.

&

I am One with the One Power that Is.

Choosing to abide in this Oneness. To abide in the “Spiritual Realm”

my focus is upon the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient One.

I  have all that is needed.

As it is said in the Psalms

“if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there”

There truly is no separation from God.

We truly are living in a spiritual universe

&

it is in this Spiritual Realm that you must abide to experience Grace.

 Not out of obligation.

but with pure joy.

Thank you, O’ Divine One, for this message of Grace.

For the ever-increasing awareness that is coming forth through this Souljourner of the reality

that You Alone Are.

With open hearts may your Presence be known.

May your glory be shown.

May the appearances of the world fall away into the nothingness that it is.

And so it is.

Amen.
