 we have discovered ways

in which we separate ourselves

Oneness.

From this Grace.

We have come to recognize that we are but a microcosm

of the macrocosm.

What separates ourselves from ourselves,

our fellow-man,

separates ourselves from God.

In the Spiritual Kingdom

{the intentional residence}

ONENESS

is

all

that

is

known
!

It is my hope that you have tasted the beauty of this Oneness

&

that your hearts desire

{intuited directly from God}

is but to experience more.

You cannot.

You will not.

Experience this Grace without intentional practice.

You may taste the peace on occasion

but

it will

not

be

embedded

soul

This conscious union with God,

Take this thought into meditation.

Ask for greater  awareness of the meaning of “this world”

Remember, the more you expect to receive,

the more you will be given.

Sensing this Spiritual Realm,

the reoccurring theme in all religions,

is this realm appearing differently to you?

Do you see that the veil is thin?

Do you feel this Godness: this Goodness here? Now?

Is there Heaven on Earth?

How does this change your view of daily living?

How does this change your view of appearances other than those originally created?

Are they mesmeric?

If there is a world behind this world,

is there a Paula behind this Paula?

 &

is this my original divine nature?

Is this God expressing as Paula?

Is this the I Am?

Head spinning

What the heck is she talking about

?

Take it slow.

Take it easy.

Just relax into each one of these thoughts

asking the only ONE who knows the answers for you

to help you sift through all this new stuff!

Perhaps this would help.

When I began to answer these questions

the practice that served me well was: mirror work.

Mirror work was essential to healing my separation from God.

I looked into my eyes.

Intently.

Purposely.

Seeking the Truth

of

who

I

Am.

The more I looked into my eyes,

the more I saw my soul.

The more I saw my goodness.

The more I saw God.

Until one day,

when I looked into my eyes,

all that I saw

was

God

reflected

as

me.

This, Souljourner, is my prayer for you.

This Oneness is glory known.

Your holy dominion.

The I Am that You Are!

There is NO-thing un-sacred about this.

There is NO-thing to judge.

God IS

in

around

&

through

everything

everyone.

We

ARE

ONE

I am so thankful for your voice that speaks so eloquently dear God.

May each heart reading these words, recognize that they come from the Source of All.

The Source of Beauty, the Source of Love, the Source of Light.

Omnipotent One.

Before taking these thoughts into meditation,

clear your mind of pre-conceived beliefs regarding “serving God”

God is not the master and you the slave.

God is not an obligation.

God is the Divine Essence desiring to be expressed through you.

God is Love.

“The world”

is not something evil.

“The world”

is

“The world”

is

merely

the

 collective consciousness

that has not realized the One Power

that

IS

Within All

.

Suppose you exchange the word “serving” and see yourself “allowing”

 this pure essence of God

{however that might look to you}

coming forth through you each moment of this day.

I know that you have been given some amazing insights

into your choice for this day.

Journal about  the beauty that you have discovered.

Express the joy that you now see in serving God.

Remember yesterday’s discussion of how judgement & unforgiveness separates you

from the gifts of Grace?

Can you see what other beliefs cause this separation?

It is the belief in duality.

The belief that there is a power other than God.

There is not.

God

IS

Omnipotent.

It is in this Oneness that Grace is found.

 Practicing the Presence over an extended amount of time has made me more aware

{conscious}

of

the

One & Only Power That Is.

There is no Power in the World

{unless I choose to give it Power & choose to serve the world}

The World cannot do anything to me

{unless I choose to believe that it has Power over me}

As Jesus said to Pilate,

“Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above”

No matter where I am

No matter what circumstance confronts me

God is right there.

&

I am One with the One Power that Is.

Choosing to abide in this Oneness. To abide in the “Spiritual Realm”

my focus is upon the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient One.

I  have all that is needed.

As it is said in the Psalms

“if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there”

There truly is no separation from God.

We truly are living in a spiritual universe

&

it is in this Spiritual Realm that you must abide to experience Grace.

 Not out of obligation.

but with pure joy.

Thank you, O’ Divine One, for this message of Grace.

of the reality that You Alone Are.

I know, Souljourner, that the message of this Truth has touched your Soul.

How does this message relate to Grace?

Is it possible to live in Grace with judgement in your heart?

Is it possible to feel freedom = Grace when your heart is filled with unforgiveness?

Are you removing yourself from the gifts of Grace by holding onto:

judgement, prejudice, bigotry, envy, jealousy, hate?

Is it possible to feel Oneness with God when you are withholding

forgiveness, understanding or cooperation toward your fellow-man?

Want to know how I began to practice this non-judgement?

In the mid 90’s I read, then took a class, based upon Deepak Chopra’s book,

“The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success”

When I read the prayer that follows which he quoted from the Course of Miracles

“Today I shall judge nothing that occurs”

it resonated with my Soul.

 I began the practice, as he suggested,  an hour at a time;  gradually increasing the practice to a daily commitment of non-judgement.

Today, it is no longer a  commitment; it is simply who I am.

You will be amazed how this practice frees your Soul;

Allows you to dive into the Sea of Grace.

Try it.

when you begin to judge.

Release yourself from the habit of judging

&

create the habit of loving,

as

Christ taught.

In this quietness, which is your strength, feel the Christ dwelling in your heart

{through faith}

Feel

being rooted and grounded in this love.

Feel the clarity of  the breadth, length depth and height of God.

Allow the fullness of God to permeate your soul.

Dwelling in this secret place of the most high,

journal your thoughts on the riches of this glory.

Where is this glory coming from?

Is it found out there?

Or, is it within the inner man?

Nearer than hands & feet?

Is it available now?

How does this breadth, length, depth and height feel to you?

This is where your perception of God comes into focus.

Do you feel the fullness of God?

Or are you still keeping your distance?

If so, why?

Are there perspectives from your past “blocking” your ability to see this fullness of God?

If so, are you willing to try to see God differently?

Are you willing to experience what Christ has told us is true?

Do you see how Practicing the Presence makes this fullness of God come alive in your heart?

Will you allow yourself to  feel the eternal, boundless Presence that God is right where you are right now?

Or will you limit the limitless?

Bind the boundless?

Ask for clarity.

Expansion.

Greater awareness of these Truths.

Build upon this awareness of that which is within you:

that which IS you.

If the Kingdom of God

 is in the midst of you,

consider the glory & magnificence that you are.

How does this feel?

Are you resolving to become comfortable with this Truth?

As we dig deeper still,

can you or anyone else for that matter,

separate themselves from this Kingdom,

this Magnificence,

 within?

What blocks of false belief are you allowing to tumble-down?

The excavation begins!

I would like to share with you how the magnificence

within me,

the

Kingdom

within,

began to become real to me.

It was through meditation.

I would visualize Jesus literally knocking upon the door of my heart.

I would open it up.

I would welcome Him in.

I realize now how important this practice was for me.

First of all, I am very visual, with an interior design background.

Homes are my thing!

So, naturally, sensing that my home was in my heart,

seeing the beautiful architecture of that door that Jesus was

knocking upon,

{like the paintings we have seen time & again}

the Kingdom was brought home for me.

They were daily visits from the Divine at first for me.

Now, I consiously choose to abide with

the Master Architect

in

all-ways

!

The purpose of telling this story is for you to explore the avenue that brings God home to you.

For each One it is different.

But there is a clear path

&

 {you alone know}

{Omniscience}

the chosen path for you

.

In recognition of this path,

in recognition of the magnificent

Creator of All

I give thanks.

The perfect plan unfolds.

&

so it is

.

Wondering,

how all of this feels to you?

Are you beginning to notice less noise?

Are you taking time to Practice the Presence?

So how can I not be worthy of God?

How can I not be good enough for God,

when that which I am,

No, I am not God,

but I am the only way in which God can, does,

express on this earth.

What freedom in this!

Let’s take time to recognize this through prayer.

This precious moment called now

my desire is to recognize that God and I are One.

God is in around and through me

God is in, around and through everything and everyone!

God is the Divine Essence of all.

There is NO-thing that can separate me from this.

 God and I are One

In this Oneness

I hear God speak.

In this Oneness

I hear God direct.

In this Oneness

I hear God say,

let go,

beloved.

Allow me to BE.

Allow me to BE

the Divine expression that comes forth through thee.

I allow God’s voice to be heard.

I allow God’s expression to come forth.

I am open to receive.

I am open to accept my divine inheritance.

I am One with the One.

{Be still & know, my friend. Right where you are God is. Relax. Receive.}

I give thanks,

for this infinite gift of Oneness that is my Truth of Being.

I give thanks,

for my increasing awareness of this.

I give thanks for the recognition that the only way that I can glorify God

is as I boldly  accept my truth.

I let go of my thoughts

the thoughts which limit me

  &

allow God thoughts to be heard.

To be expressed through me.

It is with joy that I accept this Oneness with God.

It is with joy that I expand this awareness of God within me right now.

Are you Practicing this Presence throughout your day?

Tuning into the divine circuit that provides all?

You must if your personal resolve is to experience oneness with God.

It is only through the Practice of the Presence of God that

true peace is known.

In this spirit of Oneness I encourage you to read the Epistle of James;

the passage I have chosen for us to reflect upon is in the 4th chapter, the 8th verse:

“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you”

*

As you take time to “draw nigh to God”, to meditate upon this passage,

I invite you to open your hearts to the awareness of God’s Presence.

Do you have to “call” that Presence to you?

Is it somewhere out there or is it nigh always?

Reflect upon the true meaning of this.

*

In this complete peace that is yours right now

journal about your feelings:  the thoughts, the songs, the verses,

the words that came forth

as you chose to be in this glorious state of oneness with God.

*

{Remember, this is the state of Grace: infinitely available to you!}

*

How is this time that you are taking for God showing up in your life?

What changes are you noticing?

Reflect upon  the question asked in the beginning:

is there less noise?

How can you abide in this sweet essence all the day long?

Is this sweet essence God?

And if this essence is God desiring to express through you,

are beginning to see just how precious you are?

Are you beginning to see the delight God feels as you allow this Oneness with Him to BE?

Here are my thoughts regarding the verse in James. 

Do you know what happens to me when I do not take the time to begin my day becoming “nigh to God?”

When I do not choose to  literally “feel” the connection,

the Omnipresence, the Omnipotence, the Omniscience

of God?

My day goes amiss.

Period.

Why?

Because I am relying upon “my” understanding,

upon “my” limited wisdom,

upon “my” phobia’s and fears.

But, as it says in the Epistle of  James,

my interpretation

as I draw nigh to God {4:8} I am allowing the wisdom {1:5} of the Omniscient One

to guide, guard, govern my day!

When I connect with the One

when I allow this One

to provide all of my needs,

Grace

is

my sufficiency,

I

am

at

peace.

Of course, throughout the day, I have the choice to “be aware”

to be conscious of this Presence

this “nighness” of God

and it is in this continuous awareness that the harmonious day unfolds

but it is essential to

BEGIN

the

day

aright.

To

BEGIN

the

day

with

God.

To

BEGIN

Anew.

Once you feel this connection to God, you cannot go without it!

It is like having your very best friend, attached at the hip, all of the time.

Cheering you on!

Thank you, O’ lover of our souls,

for this increasing awareness that you are indeed our  best friend,

that your desire is for us to recognize

that we truly are attached at the hip,

we are

{One with the One}

and all that we need do is become aware,

tune into,

Your Grace.

Our Sufficiency.

It Guides.  It Governs.  It Guards

us

this day

 &

so it is

!

Welcoming you back.

Offering this prayer.

This meditation.

This invitation to become

One with the One

 *

One Presence.

One Power.

One Substance.

One Source.

 One Creator. Sustain-er. Of All.

I

 Am

One with this One.

Right here.

Right now.

{This is the moment to embrace this truth}

It is so.

Right where you are

God

 IS

&

this is your opportunity to

rest in this Oneness with God.

To rest in this peace of God

that permeates your soul.

Allow yourself to feel this undeniable Presence of God

& 

Abide in this perfect peace for as long as you desire.

Thank you

O’ Holy One

for expanding my awareness

of your Divine Presence

within me.

It is in through this awareness

that the noises of the world

gently fade away

&

I

RESOLVE

to

rest

in

Thee

.

With thankfulness in my heart.

It is so.

&

So it is.

In this perfect state of BE-ing, what I call the “Edenic” state,

when you feel this complete Oneness with God,

let’s look at a Spiritual Truth that will strengthen this awareness

 within you right now.

Consider these words:

“My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth”

John 14:27

Just take a few minutes to meditate upon this Truth.

To meditate upon this Peace.

What you are feeling is different, isn’t it?

It is something new.

Where is this difference coming from?

{Be bold}

Ask God to give you clarification on this feeling.

On this experience.

Remembering

that the more you

EXPECT

to

receive

from

God,

the more you will be given.

This is where the doubt begins to resolve into the KNOWING.

*

In this same state of receptivity,

journal your thoughts regarding the “Spiritual Resolve”

you committed to yesterday.

does change the way you look at the world.

The more that you abide in this Oneness

the more you will see the

appearances

things that do not reflect qualities of God

of

the

world

fade away

&

the

more you will

experience the peace

that

comes

from

God

alone

.

It is in this Spirit of Peace.

This Spirit of Oneness that we part today.

I know that right where you are

God

IS

&

where

God

IS

all IS known

.

May the joy of this knowingness

fill your heart & soul

today

&

so

it

is

So good to see you here again!

Over the past few days I have asked you to

Practice the Presence of God

.

I have asked you to become

{familiar with}

the

Divine Presence

that is nearer than hands & feet

.

This

practice

is one that must become

{second nature}

 to

you

.

This

practice

is one that connects you with the

ONLY ONE

who

possesses

 the

Power to Provide

all that is needed

to

Begin

Anew

.

Without putting this practice in place

nothing will change

.

If more time is needed to experience this transformational presence,

please, I encourage you to do so.

But if you are feeling a new calmness of your soul.

If you are experiencing a quiet

{heretofore unknown}

then you are awakening to the

inherent divine natural state

within us all

&

I invite you to take the next step upon this

Soul Journey

.

The next step begins with contemplation

&

ends with

a

declaration

!

Let us now take the time

to

recognize

 our purpose

for

beginning anew

.

When I offered a series similar to this last Fall

the

word

kept coming to me

&

 did so again last night.

Consider, if you will, these definitions :

a} to make a firm decision about my life

b} to change or transform

c} to clear up or deal with a problem or situation

{or life – my words}

successfully

d} to dispel any doubts

How perfect are these definitions for describing

 our purpose

to

Begin Anew

?

I remember asking you on Day One if you felt that this year

was destined to look differently than any year had before

.

I am believing that your response was yes.

That is why you are here today.

But,

how does this {different year} come about

?

In my opinion,

only through the personal

to

CHANGE

.

Nothing would please me

&

I

believe

God

more,

 than for you to realize this change in the New Year.

There is

power

 in

the

spoken

&

written

word

&

I

invite you

to

 consciously

speak

&

write

your intent for participating in this

Souljourney

.

Delve into these questions:

What doubts do I desire to dispel?

What problem or situation in my life do I desire to change?

What is the firm decision  I choose to make regarding my life?

After journaling about this

 write a letter of declaration to yourself

then

read it

OUT LOUD

.

This declaration may be used throughout the next few weeks

{ purposely }

to keep the intent

of

Beginning Anew

ever-present in your heart

.

I would like to share my letter of declaration with you for reference:

Dear Paula.

It is with joy that I begin to spiritually resolve my life.

That I choose to

Begin Anew

.

I make this 21 day commitment with great expectations.

I know that as I put my heart into this daily practice,

I will see change in my life,

in turn,

change in others lives who are near and dear to me.

I recognize that this change can only come about

as

I

consciously

to become

One with the One

who is ever-present within me.

I commit to this personal relationship with God.

The One Source. The One Provider of All.

I am thankful.

And so it is.
